Had a crap morning, splashing about with the Flexifoil Strike 8.0 + 5th line, and a 155-ish long board. Got really frustrated that I couldn't do it.

Had lunch in a sulk, then went out for the last session.

It clicked!

Got up and riding and did a couple of longish (50m) runs! One was so good, that once I was up and riding and skimming over the waves, I thought 'What do I do now?' before the inevitable crash. WAHEY! It felt like that whacky out-of-control-but-immense-fun feeling you get when you first plane on a windsurfer but don't know how to control it.

I couldn't BELIEVE it that the sesh was over so soon after I 'got' it, so now I hve to get out in our less tropical UK conditions before I lose it again. Stoked!
